About Stephen Spriggs

As an experienced mortgage advisor in Richmond Hill, ON, I have been in the mortgage industry since 2003 with a proven track record and strong relationships with all types of lenders from ‘A’ banks to subprime and private lenders.

I am one of the four agents with EZasYes and Mortgage Intelligence, and together, we operate in Ontario, Canada with a focus on the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, Southern Ontario, Eastern Ontario, and surrounding areas.

Our hours are from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, but we are available after hours and weekends. We are available in our office location and are also mobile to visit clients anywhere to suit their busy schedules.

We deal in residential and commercial mortgage products, and our focus is on customer experience and excellent service.

Being second to none in the industry, we have seen our business rocket to the top producer list in Ontario for Mortgage Intelligence. However, we don’t want to stop there because we are building a business that we want our clients to tell their friends and family and associates about. Our ultimate goal is to depend on a happy clientele referral model to lead our business into the future.

While mortgages are our passion, we also care about the environment. As part of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, at EZasYes and Mortgage Intelligence, we use many green initiatives in our business model by limiting our printing to recycling any products which can be recycled.

As part of our mission to give back to society, through Mortgage Intelligence, we are involved with fundraisers for Lupus, food drives for homeless and struggling families. We also participate in Angles in the Night program where we collect warm clothing and food, and through a volunteer network, we distribute to the street of major cities in Canada.
